This is the second time we have used paragon for a water leaks. The first was two years ago when we first moved into our home. Two Gentlemen came out to our house to do the repairs. The job was efficient and well done and in a very timely manner. The gentleman we’re both courteous and kind and explain to everything that was going on with the problem and what they would do next. We haven’t had problems with the work that was done.

We now have another water leak and the same to gentleman we’re sent out to us again. And it can they found the problem and everything is being worked out right now. I am sure this job will be just as efficient as the last job. Good work Don and Chris.

My washing machine started flooding on a Saturday night- I called Paragon at 11:15- they were at my home at Midnight and stayed until 3 AM extracting water from carpeting & finally placing fans to begin the dry out process. They were back the next day to begin removing damaged dry wall & baseboards. This company is great! Very responsive, friendly, and informative. They went out of their way to work with our busy schedules and were great with our pets and children. Even though this took about 6 days due to the drying (we had a toilet break over night and flood our entire downstairs of the home we rent) they went out of their way to make us comfortable and answered all of our questions. Don, Eddy and his team did an amazing job. They were here nearly all day and got the job done right. Would highly recommend them for mold remediation. We found some mold from a previous leak that was in our house before moving in. Luckily it was not extremely serious and contained to small area. They cut it out and cleaned / disinfected the whole area. COVID compliant as well.
